Bowenwork® is a specialized system of touch that triggers a sequence of responses within the nervous, musculoskeletal, fascial, and energetic systems of the human body. Our skilled practitioners perform sequences of small stimulations, known as moves, on specific points of the body. These moves, interspersed with rest periods, stimulate mechanoreceptors, leading to a balancing of the autonomic nervous system and positive changes in the musculoskeletal system. This promotes increased symmetry, removes blockages in the free flow of energy, and contributes to the restoration of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Massage Therapy
Our massage therapy services are dedicated to manipulating soft tissues and joints to address injuries, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being.
